All aluminum
parts are caustic-etched, and clear or black anodized depending
on requirements. Anodizing is to MIL-A-8625C, Type 2 (Clear-Class
1, Black-Class 2).
All steel
parts are primed, and painted with either gray or black enamel.
Silkscreening
is done with white or black enamel-based paint.
